Performance characteristics

The thermal efficiency of boilers of all specifications is more than 82%, which is higher than the national standard.

After simplifying the water circulation circuit, the flow resistance of water circulation is reduced, and the flow velocity in the rising pipe is increased; for the hot water boiler, the return water ejector device is installed on the left and right water walls with large flow resistance of water circulation. It improves the reliability of water circulation and ensures the safe and stable operation of boiler.

Enough heating surfaces are arranged to make the heat released from fuel combustion be fully absorbed by the heating surface and then transferred to the working medium. The exhaust gas temperature is lower than 160 ℃ .

Reasonable layout of the front and back arch, increase the furnace temperature, strengthen the disturbance of flue gas in the high temperature zone, reduce the

chemical incomplete combustion loss and fly ash loss.

Working Principle

    In order to improve the operation reliability of the grate and ensure the full burning of the fuel, large grate or scale grate should be used.

    It adopts double side air inlet, separate air chamber, independent adjustment, stable combustion and reliable operation. The inertia dust separation device is set at the furnace outlet, so that the original dust concentration of the boiler is less than 1800mg / Nm³. Combined with the high-efficiency multi tube dust collector and bag type collector, the boiler flue gas emission meets the requirements of national class I area.
