WNS series low nitrogen condensing boiler is a kind of automatic, horizontal internal combustion low nitrogen condensing oil (gas) boiler. The boiler body adopts the wet back two return structure: the first return is the corrugated furnace and the reverse flow combustor, and the second return is the threaded smoke pipe. The economizer and condenser are placed on the top of the boiler and form the third return of flue gas outside the boiler.

Performance Characteristics
1.Long service life: Adopts the three pass technology, which extends the heat exchange process and provides sufficient heat transfer, the combustion chamber adopts a wet back structure.
2.Full Automatic: The boiler adopts automatic control. which is convenient to operate, reducing labor intensity.
3.High Thermal Efficiency: stable output, strong load adaptability, low harmful gas emissions, and noiseless operation.
4.Low nitrogen condensing type: the two return structure design of the boiler body uses the economizer and condenser integrated with the boiler to form the third return of the flue gas, so as to fully recover and utilize the gasification latent heat of water vapor in the flue gas and greatly improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
5.Low nitrogen condensing type: large-scale furnace design and flue gas re-circulation technology are ad-opted to realize ultra-low nitrogen emission.
