CJSE successfully passed the evaluation of the replacement of A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing (including design) license qualification

From May 10th to 12th, Shandong Administration for Market Regulation entrusted the Shandong Special Equipment Inspection Institute to appoint a group of experts to evaluate the replacement of the A2-level pressure vessel manufacturing (including design) license qualification of Shandong Zhongjie Pressure Equipment Co., Ltd. throughout the process, Feng Deliang, Director of the Special Equipment Supervision Section of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Luxi New Area, supervised.

The expert review team consisted of five industry senior experts: Ding Fang, Dong Zhe, Yang Shengqi, Li Anhua, and Zhang Chunyan. At the first meeting, Ding Fang, the head of the review team, declared the purpose, procedures, schedule, work content, and evaluation basis of this evaluation review; introduced the members and their roles of the review team, and read out the review discipline on the spot, making a fair and confidential commitment. During the review period, the experts conducted comprehensive and detailed audits of the company's resource conditions, quality assurance systems, and technical capabilities to ensure the safety performance of special equipment through various methods such as reviewing documents, on-site inspections, and personnel inquiries and reviews, based on relevant licensing regulations, safety technical specifications, etc. After rigorous review and assessment, the expert group unanimously agreed that the company's pressure vessel design and manufacturing quality assurance system meet the relevant requirements, and the replacement evaluation of pressure vessel design and manufacturing license (A2 level) was approved. At the same time, the expert group put forward rectification opinions on the problems found during the audit, providing guidance for the next rectification work.
